Producer Letter (April 15, 2023)

Hello, adventurers! Thank you for always playing Last Cloudia.
This is Producer Takeshima. Many of you know me by my nickname, Takeson.

Thanks to the daily support from everyone who plays Last Cloudia, we’re happy to be able to celebrate our fourth anniversary with you this year.
While Last Cloudia is celebrating its fourth anniversary, I would like to take this opportunity to say that we’ve heard many longtime players of the game mention that there’s not enough content to effectively utilize all of the units you’ve worked hard to train.
To begin answering your requests, we’ve been working hard to implement guilds, the Maze of Tartarus, Guild Hunts, arena improvements, and, most recently, the Guild Battle beta.
Additionally, there are a few more features that we haven’t quite completed yet, but be assured that we plan to continue listening to the opinions of players like you while making even more great content.
I would like to personally thank all of you for providing your opinions and suggestions for the game.

In Last Cloudia’s fifth year, we plan to add even more content that will allow you to actively use the units you’ve worked so hard to train; we also plan to work as hard as we can to improve Last Cloudia in other ways, such as further expanding training, providing exciting collaborations, and running large-scale promotions.

In this Producer’s Letter, I want to go over the Last Cloudia roadmap for April onward that we touched on in the livestream the other day.

■ April
・★6 Enhancement
In addition to Megius and the five other units that became able to reach ★6 on April 13, we will also add five more units that can reach ★6 enhancement, for a total of ten units.
Even more units for ★6 enhancement will be released every month.
*The number of units shown on the roadmap does not include newly added gacha units.

・Ark Level Cap Increase
In addition to ★6 enhancement, the level cap for arks has also been increased.
Furthermore, on top of the two points above, more main story and high difficulty events will also be added.

■ May
・New Event Type
Though I can’t give you any details just yet, we plan to revamp the map events that are a collaboration between all players in order to make them even more fun to play.

■ June
・Arena Revisions
We plan to revise various parts of arena by doing things such as adjusting formations.
I plan to share more details about the arena revisions with you as soon as they are more solidified.

・Premium Missions
We plan to add a new type of mission feature.
In order to give everyone more fun ways to play the game each day, we are currently testing a new type of daily mission that expands upon the rewards of the existing daily missions.

■ July to September
・Guild Battle Official Release
While the Guild Battle Beta Version we released on Mar 30 still has plenty of room for improvement, we were overjoyed to receive a positive response from you.
I want to thank all of the you who tried and enjoyed this new feature.
We plan to revise any issues found in the beta version so that, when the official version is released, we can provide you with a version of Guild Battle that is easier to play and more fun.

・New Ranking Event
We plan to add a new ranking event to replace Time Trial Rankings. I hope that all of you look forward to experiencing this new type of ranking event.

In this Producer’s Letter, I’ve gone over the roadmap that we touched on in the recent livestream.
Of course, there will also be a variety of collaborations, large-scale promotions, and minor improvements that are not listed on the roadmap, so there is still plenty more to stay tuned for.
I’m looking forward to when I can announce them!

As I mentioned at the end of the 4th Anniversary Last Cloudia TV Livestream, Last Cloudia’s style is to communicate with its player base—not only in game, but also through various other means such as social media, videos, and livestreams—so that we can further grow and improve the game together.
Last Cloudia, at its fourth anniversary, has become a game that connects many players in Japan and beyond, for a total of thirty-four countries around the world.
In its fifth year, we in the Last Cloudia team plan to not only further expand the circle of friends built through Last Cloudia. And just as Kyle and the others have done, we plan to bring you countless fun, thrilling adventures that show off how much we truly enjoy developing and operating the game.

We appreciate your continued support of Last Cloudia.
