Producer Letter (January 1, 2023)

Hello, adventurers! Thank you for always playing Last Cloudia.
This is Producer Takeshima. Many of you know me by my nickname, Takeson.

How time flies! It’s been almost a year since I wrote my producer’s letter to commemorate 1000 days since Last Cloudia’s release.
Looking back over the past year, so much has happened.

In April, during the 3rd anniversary, we added a ton of new content, and also implemented the new Guild feature.
In July, we held the special promo called Beat the Heat Six-Week Summer Special. In September, we finally launched our first subscription feature, the LC Pass.
In October, in concurrence with our 3.5 year anniversary, we held a live-broadcasted offline event for the first time in three years, and also released a Last Cloudia original soundtrack.
Additionally, in November, the Korean language version of Last Cloudia was released.
Besides what I’ve mentioned already, we also had many great collabs and implemented many exciting changes to the game.

For me, the most memorable of these things was the live-broadcasted offline event that we held for the first time in three years during the 3.5 year anniversary.
I had such a great time being able to give players of Last Cloudia the latest info about the game directly and see their reactions live, to meet them face-to-face, and to express my thanks in person.
We hope to host more offline events in the future, so please look forward to those!

Now that we’ve looked back over the past year, I want to look forward to the year to come.
First, I’d like to say that we plan to continue to follow the roadmap for January to March that was presented during the 3.5 year anniversary.

On that note, we plan to add more main story right away, on January 12th.
I hope you’re looking forward to more exciting adventures in both Cloudia and Grandar!
Additionally, intensive development is being done on the guild versus guild feature.
We hope to share more information about it with you as soon as we’re able.

Also, we’re quickly approaching Last Cloudia’s 4th Anniversary!
I can’t wait to share all of the great new content and features we have in store.
On top of that, we also have all types of exciting collabs and promos planned for this year.
You’ll have to wait a little longer to hear about those, but it won’t be long.

Last but not least, recently we’ve been emphasizing communication with Last Cloudia’s players even more.
Going forward, we plan to continue to give an outlook on Last Cloudia via roadmaps, as well as to further communicate with the players through livestreams, videos, and social media. We also hope to hold more offline events. These are all things that we feel are necessary for the continued success of Last Cloudia.

Of course, we’ll continue to do our utmost to further boost the popularity of Last Cloudia, but we also aim to better communicate with all of our players, make the game more interesting and fun to play, and give everyone a variety of reasons to continue playing.
Lastly, I want to give you all a heartfelt thanks for continuing to support Last Cloudia in the new year.
